SKILLS ENHANCEMENT INITIATIVES

Various Capacity Building workshops are being hosted by the Institute through which the students of BCRCP, Durgapur have strengthen their leadership skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, listening skills, time and stress management, adaptability and develop empathy among others. Top recruiters seek such qualities and BCRCP has been forerunner to carry out such activities on regular basis.

ICT (Information and Communication Technology) skills and practical competence for Pharmacy UG and PG students are of primary importance. Computer aided drug designing is one of the trust areas in Pharmaceutical Industry and the Institute runs a certified course for the students through which, both UG and PG students have been beneficial to carry out further studies.
