I, Dr. Sudip Kumar Mandal, work as a faculty at Dr. B. C. Roy College of Pharmacy and A.H.S., Durgapur. I have more than 18 years research and teaching experience in the field of pharmaceutical science. I am a member of the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India. My research interests focus on discovery and development of bioactive organic compounds and related derivatives from synthetic routes and natural sources against inflammation, pain, arthritis, microorganism and cancer. I am supervising four PhD scholars at several renowned Indian universities. I have authored more than 45 peer-reviewed papers (Highest Impact Factor - 9.3, Cumulative Impact Factor - 55, h-index -11, i10-index -14) and 5 book chapters. Very recently I have filed an Indian patent. I have presented my research work in many National and International conferences and I was invited as the Keynote Speaker at the International Conference organized by Kafrelsheikh University, Egypt in 2019. I have been honoured as Editorial Board Member of many journals from Bentham Science, Elsevier etc. I also have been honoured as Brand Ambassador of Bentham Science Publisher. I have editorial involvements as an Editor in Egyptian Journal of Chemistry.
